Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Assess clients’ mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and clinical research.
Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients’ specific concerns, such as grief, crisis management, and gender issues.
Provide ongoing support and counseling to clients, helping them navigate behavioral health challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
Stay informed about the latest research in mental health and incorporate findings into practice.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Valid state licensure as a Therapist or Counselor.
Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and crisis management techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to conduct clinical research and apply findings to therapeutic practices.
Experience in grief counseling or gender issues counseling is a plus.
