The Louisiana Restaurant Association (LRA) is a leading nonprofit organization that serves as the unified voice of the foodservice and hospitality industry in Louisiana. Representing a diverse membership that includes restaurants, caterers, and suppliers, the LRA advocates on behalf of its members to address legislative and regulatory challenges, ensuring a favorable business environment.

Position Overview:

Recruit and retain members through professional sales and phone presentations.

Collaborate with Communications, Government Affairs, and Business Development teams to meet member needs.

Exceptional communicator with strong phone skills.

Understands business challenges and seeks a career with purpose.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and proven sales success.

Self-motivated with a track record in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $3,750.00 – $4,600.00 per month

Compensation Package:

Uncapped commission
