Position: Temporary Program Coordinator with YW
Join YW as a Program Coordinator devoted to enhancing the lives of families accessing housing programs. This role focuses on community activities and supportive programming.
This temporary, full-time role is available from September to December 2026, working 37.5 hours weekly. In this capacity, you will articulate program goals while developing workshops and engaging community events. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and program development for residents
• Create activities based on community needs
• Help clients settle into temporary accommodations

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or similar education
• Three years of relevant experience required
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Certification in Harm Reduction and De-escalation
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check documentation needed
