A minimum of three years in fundraising is required, with a client-service focus and understanding of donor relations necessary to thrive. Collaborate with other departments to inform donor engagement efforts and maintain a high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support comprehensive donor relations strategic initiatives
• Oversee donor acknowledgment and recognition efforts
• Create stewardship materials including videos and newsletters
• Ensure documentation accuracy within Tessitura database
• Assist in organizing Development special events and campaigns
Requirements:
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Degree or certificate in related fields preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software
• Effective time management amidst competing priorities
