About Conversa Corps
Conversa Corps is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit start-up transforming multi-organizational crisis coordination through digital collaboration infrastructure. We operate Aid Arena, a Slack-based platform serving 720+ accounts across 430+ organizations globally, enabling humanitarian, disaster response, and aid organizations to coordinate effectively during crises. Our mission is to unite aid providers—from local volunteers to global organizations—in seamless collaboration that maximizes collective impact and brings hope to communities in crisis.
Summary
The Technology Officer leads Conversa Corps' technology team and owns the organization's full technology strategy. This role is accountable for the health and evolution of our tool ecosystem — anchored in Slack and Airtable and extending across Claude AI, MailChimp, Canva, Adobe, DocuSign, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 — ensuring every internal team has what it needs to operate and every Aid Arena member experiences a well-supported collaboration environment.
You will be responsible for developing and directing a growing group of specialized technology team, setting priorities, fostering mission connection, and building the team's capacity to work through an active backlog of platform development and operational support.
As the organizational technology voice, you will be collaborating proactively with functional leaders across Conversa Corps, with Aid Arena partner organizations, and with technology vendors and integration partners — representing our capabilities, exploring new opportunities, and managing risk.
This is a volunteer leadership position requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week.
