Job Description
The Team Lead will operate a Safe Haven for Homeless women who have serious Mental Illness by providing a 24 hour residence. They will also provide housing navigation services to develop a housing stability plan for all clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in social services field
- 4 Years of social services experience
- Be over 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license

Job Duties / Skills Required
- Maintain a safe environment for 24 women homeless women suffering with Mental Illness.
- Supervise 14 Housing Specialist in a 24 hour shelter.
- Provide Case management to the women in the shelter.
- Assist with housing applications and referrals.
