Position: Â Team Lead (Youth Development / Youth Leadership)
1. To assist in the planning, co-ordination and implementation of programmes undertaken by the Charity
2. To have an oversight of all programmes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
3. Ensure delivery of programmes that impact our beneficiaries and key stakeholders, including evaluation of their effectiveness
4. Actively engage with volunteers, partnering agencies to build strong collaborations
5. Train and develop youth mentors
7. Establish annual budget and operating plan and ensure program cost are within budget.
