This position is full-time, benefit eligible at 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Post, update, and refresh job listings; promote openings internally and externally.
Prescreen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and update candidate statuses in UKG.
Order and track pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests), providing clear instructions and ongoing communication for a positive candidate experience.
Prepare new hire materials, verify employment eligibility (I-9, e-verify), ensure completion of onboarding documents, upload records, and finalize profiles in UKG.
Schedule and conduct Day 1 orientation, introduce new hires to Frasier systems, and coordinate with departmental onboarding.

Administrative & Process Support

Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, process status changes, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Support Talent and Culture communications, update job descriptions, and assist with policy and contract management.
Administer employee recognition programs and maintain related records and materials
Assist in planning and executing employee events, training, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
Serve as a resource for employees, answer general Talent and Culture policy questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
Track and report key Talent and Culture metrics, ensuring compliance with record-keeping standards, and maintaining confidentiality of employee data.

Skills & Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
Proficient in data management and analysis, tracking key performance indicators while maintaining accurate records.
Technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to new HR systems.
Emotional intelligence and professionalism to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and empathy.
Resilient in managing multiple deadlines and HR concerns, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates integrity in handling sensitive information.

We work with a vulnerable population, and to protect our residents, annual Influenza (Flu) vaccine, TB test, Drug Screen and Background Check are conditions of employment.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $22.60-$27.00 per hour.
We offer a generous benefits package designed to support the overall well-being of our Team Members.
Full-Time (32+ hours/week) Team Members are eligible for all benefits listed below.
Part-Time Team Members are eligible for select benefits.
