About The Role

Qualifications

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is required. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of healthcare labor markets and current recruitment trends, along with experience conducting verification processes such as reference and background checks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Strong organizational skills are vital, enabling you to manage multiple high-volume workflows efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a high standard of quality is crucial, as is the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs and craft precise, compelling job descriptions.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
