Hours of operation: 8:30am – 5pm

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging top talent to support the growth and success of Empath Health.

This role reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and works with business partners across the organization to identify leading industry talent.

 

 

Education/Regulatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certification in Sourcing, Recruitment or Human Resources is preferred.

Skills:

A minimum of 2 years of professional Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience, healthcare recruitment experience preferred.

Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top talent.

Professional Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.
