Catholic Charities is seeking a compassionate, motivated Part-Time Special Education Support Specialist to join our team at Driftless Pass. Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Program Director and coordinator, the Special Education Support Specialist works directly with students by providing mentoring, behavior management support, and tutoring aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP). This role also partners closely with teachers and paraprofessionals to help maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
Schedule & Hours
- Part-time: 20-29 hours per week
- Hours fall between 8:15 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $16.00–$19.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
- Part-time benefits include:

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to engage in physical activity throughout the day (50%–75% of time spent moving and on your feet)
- Prepared for appropriate physical interactions when supporting students
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
- Must pass a background check and driving record check
