The Communications team at Roche Canada Pharma offers anexcitingopportunity to contribute to a healthier future by driving the strategic development and execution of internal and external communications initiatives. By igniting a passion for Roche Canada among various audiences and sharingimpactfulstories, the Communications team plays a crucial role in enhancing the corporate reputation and ultimately improving outcomes for patients and healthcare systems.
The opportunity:
Develop and manage engaging content for social media channels, including Linked In, Twitter, , and our ‘Stories’ blog, applying social media best practices.
Create tailored content for internal and external audiences on priority topics.
Explore and implement new platforms to improveemployee engagementand maintain strong writing skills.
Independently develop and implement digital strategies, includingdynamicpresentations and digital tools like websites, G-sites, and podcasts.
Contribute toemployee engagementby planning and facilitating social events across the organization.
Ensure sustainable and efficient implementation of processes and compliance frameworks.
Who you are:
You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, graphic design or related fields.
Demonstrate outstanding writing proficiency, bringing creativity and clarity to all forms ofcommunication.
Preferred:
Hands-on experiencein crafting and runningdynamiccampaigns and compelling social media content.
Proficiency in French is preferred.
Additional Information:
This position is a 4-month work term (full-time) and is expected to begin in May 2025.
Location:
Based in Mississauga, Ontario.
Our team follows a hybrid work structure (minimum 3 days in the office).
