Role Overview
Seeking dedicated married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care and supervision for students in on-campus homes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor students daily, managing household routines and schedules
- Administer medications and support student wellness
- Drive students to activities and plan engaging developmental and recreational events
- Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel services
- Oversee household budgeting and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years, both aged 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED; valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and become certified to drive student vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Comfort leading devotions and attending chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- Pet restrictions: only fish and one approved dog breed allowed
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and role-model behavior
