What You’ll Do
- Lead the student team – staff and volunteers – at your campus
- Recruit, equip, and shepherd leaders who disciple students
- Preach and teach in ways that are biblically faithful and culturally relevant
- Use central resources to free up time for ministry – not just management
- Create space for parent partnership and engage with your local community
- Integrate campus ministry with church-wide vision and collaboration
- Pastor, shepherd, and disciple the hearts and minds of students, leaders, and staff
- Participate in weekend services through things like baptisms, announcements, or communion.
Who You Are
- A team-builder with a collaborative heart
- A clear communicator who is passionate about the gospel
- Grounded in Scripture and engaged in local community
- Able to lead students and leaders through both clarity and change
- 2-3 years of experience in student ministry or a residency program
- Holds a bachelor’s degree
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
