2. About the Opportunity:

The Student Enrollment Coordinator, High School Study Abroad is responsible for growing student enrollment in transformative study abroad programs for high school students and recent graduates. This role manages the entire applicant journey, guiding students and families to select programs that meet their needs, and ensures a positive experience from initial interest through program confirmation.

3. Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the value and outcomes of study abroad to students and legal guardians
  • Conduct structured sales outreach through phone, text, and email
  • Manage a high volume of daily calls, ranging from 20 to 60
  • Coach participants and families through scholarship and application processes
  • Provide timely customer service throughout application, acceptance, and pre-departure stages
  • Host virtual webinars for students and parents, including some evening hours
  • Present at high schools and fairs within the assigned territory, including domestic travel
  • Review and accept applications, converting applicants to paid participants
  • Ensure participant financial accounts are accurate and follow up on discrepancies
  • Use Salesforce to manage applicant pipeline and sales goals
  • Maintain accurate communication records in Salesforce
  • Support on-program participants throughout the year
  • Participate in ongoing sales training
  • Provide emergency support during 1-2 travel weekends annually
  • Opportunity to chaperone international student group flights once per year
  • Perform other duties as assigned

4. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
  • Minimum two years of customer service or sales experience
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations
  • International travel or study abroad experience is preferred
  • Experience working with diverse high school students is preferred
  • Additional language skills beyond English are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Located in Washington State, Seattle Metro Area preferred

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • $45,000 – $60,000 annually (on-target earnings, inclusive of eligible incentive pay)
