Your role is pivotal in fostering sustainable funding and advocacy efforts that empower the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct implementation of the Strategic Plan
• Supervise a diverse team and enhance organizational culture
• Act as primary spokesperson and build partnerships
• Secure funding and manage budget accountability

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field
• 5-7+ years in leadership within non-profit or healthcare
