Salary $55-$59,000

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years as an Accounting Assistant or Staff Accountant. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is REQUIRED.

Proficiency with Excel and any ERP preferred

The Staff Accountant will perform standard accounting operation duties within AP invoicing, processing and vendor accounts; in addition to AR aging report monitoring and cash applications; performs entries and adjustments; account reconciliations, credit card reconciliations; and processing expenses reports ensuring the compliance of travel reimbursements and documentation back up; assists with collecting financials for month end close.
