Elevate donor engagement with St. Paul’s Foundation as a Stewardship Officer in a hybrid work model. You will develop and deliver strategic stewardship initiatives to enhance donor relations and retention.
This full-time, permanent role is focused on creating personalized donor experiences. You will coordinate stewardship plans and execute timely communications that highlight the impact of donor contributions. Collaborating with the Philanthropy team, you’ll support key stewardship initiatives that foster long-term relationships with donors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Philanthropy team for donor recognition
• Develop personalized stewardship plans for major gifts
• Coordinate timely donor acknowledgment activities
• Research and write impactful stewardship materials
• Manage project timelines for stewardship communications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
• 3+ years in donor relations or fundraising communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills for multiple projects
• Proficient in donor databases and Microsoft Office
