Job Summary:
TheSr. Manager, Corporations & Foundation Relationswill be responsible for identifying and developing corporate and foundation relationships and opportunities with a goal of generating revenue and growing corporate and foundation partnerships. They will develop and maintain a strategy designed to significantly expand the program over the next 3 years and oversee corporate giving and foundation fundraising, including managing proposal/grant writing, outreach, and corporate sponsorship opportunities.
The Sr. Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate sponsors for annual events including Team Reeve, Reeve Summit, the signature gala, Reeve Golf Classic, and A Walk to Believe, among others.
Additionally, the individual will be responsible for performing job duties, interacting with the community and coworkers, and managing themself in a manner consistent with, and in support of, the organization’s mission and core values.
Major Responsibilities:
People:
Work with marketing,advocacy, research, and care teams to identify strategies and opportunities for cause marketing
Build new and steward relationships with current corporate and foundation donors
Coordinate on and off-site visits with donors and prospects nationally
Events/Functions/Production:
Manage current institutional giving portfolio with a minimum fundraising expectation of $1M annually
Write, prepare, and submit institutional, foundation and family foundation grant proposals
Work collectively across Reeve to ensure accuracy and clarity of proposal/solicitation submission and stewardship
Data:
Develop and conduct prospect research and planning strategies to identify and cultivate new corporate and foundation prospects, including annual plan opportunities
Develop protocols for use of Sales Force for corporate and foundation donors and manage corporate data entry
Lead:
Design and implement a corporate partnership strategy/program. Work collaboratively with others to create and build strategies to engage new and current entities
Conduct regular planning meetings to coordinate efforts across the department and Foundation as necessary
Develop annual plan to grow and move the program forward over the next 3 years
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination ofeducationand experience
Ability to synthesize and translate complex information into clear messages for prospects and donors
