The Department of Medical Development is currently seeking a full-time Sr. Director, Donor Stewardship. The Sr. Director oversees and directs the major gift stewardship program for UHealth/Miller School of Medicine, developing and executing a donor-centric stewardship and donor relations strategy. This role is integral to Medical Development’s efforts and includes management of the major gift stewardship program.
Essential Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior leaders to design, expand and elevate the donor stewardship program.
Serve as a subject matter expert on major and principal gift stewardship.
Oversee creation and production of assets through photo shoots and video productions.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive, multi-channel donor engagement plan.
Develop strategic partnerships with fundraisers for customized stewardship products.
Work with communications teams to support customized stewardship publications.
Coordinate communications efforts with various teams.
Oversee reporting to donors on the use and impact of their gifts.
Collaborate on gift-related announcements andrecognitioncommunications.
Serve as the visionary behind campaign and annual stewardship events.
Assess major gift stewardship practices and strategies.
Oversee evaluation and renewal of support resources.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Other duties or projects as assigned.
Additional Duties:
Utilize i-BIS and other University systems to update constituent information.
Participate in educational programs and development activities.
Attend meetings and training sessions for the Division of Development & Alumni Relations.
Follow University policies and procedures.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
Experience:Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Any relevanteducation, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
