Overview
Pawsitively 4 Pink is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to low-income, underserved women diagnosed with breast cancer throughout Massachusetts. We are passionate about ensuring these women receive the support they need during their journey, and sponsorships play a critical role in making our mission possible.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sponsorship & Fundraising Coordinator to help secure sponsorships and partnerships for Pawsitively 4 Pink. This is a commission-based, 1099 contract position, ideal for someone with a strong sales or fundraising background who is passionate about making a difference. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and securing sponsorships from businesses, corporations, and organizations that align with our mission.
Duties
Identify and research potential sponsors, corporate donors, and business partners.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage sponsors and secure financial contributions.
Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring long-term engagement and support.
Collaborate with the Pawsitively 4 Pink team to create sponsorship packages and promotional materials.
Attend networking events, community events, and meetings to foster partnerships.
Track outreach, sponsorship commitments, and deliverables to ensure sponsor satisfaction.
Provide regular updates on progress, goals, and secured sponsorships.
Experience
Experience in sponsorship sales, fundraising, business development, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet revenue goals.
Passion for nonprofit work and a desire to support women facing breast cancer.
Existing network of business contacts in Massachusetts is a plus.
Ability to attend occasional events and meetings to promote partnerships.
