Key Responsibilities
Develop knowledge related to community programming to support anti-violence and safety initiatives.
Build relationships across the agency to support capacity strategies addressing employment barriers and community safety.
Oversee special projects, defining scopes, timelines, and managing logistics.
Coordinate capacity-building resources, training, and professional development activities.
Manage vendor contracts and ensure deliverables are met.
Design outreach campaigns and leverage relationships for strategy development.
Support practice changes among TA providers, ensuring they have necessary tools.
Facilitate meetings, establish policies, and support change management processes.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and communicate impact.

Minimum Qualifications
