Ontario Christian seeks a Learning Center Aide (High School) that will assist in teaching students with learning needs. This role will work closely with the teacher and 4-6 students in the class. They will follow the teacher’s directions for each student, accompany students to PE/Weights classes and assist in implmentation of instruction, accomodations and modifications. This role requires a person who can show care, patience and love for students with unique learning needs.
Experience
Requirements for this role are as follows:
One (1) + years working with students who have special needs preferred.
Classroom experience with students who have special needs preferred.
One (1) – Three (3) years working with High School age students.
Education
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience.
AA degree in Early Childhood Development, Teaching or related filed preferred.
