We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our President and CEO. Position Overview: As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will be responsible for managing the President’s calendar, coordinating high-level meetings, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized individual with 4 to 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, excellent communication skills, and a passion for contributing to a mission-driven environment. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments, ensuring time management efficiency.
Communication & Correspondence: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication on behalf of the CEO.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas, materials, and taking meeting minutes.
Project Management: Assist with the tracking and execution of special projects as directed by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Document Management & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and board updates.
Technology Savvy: Utilize various software and tools to streamline work processes, including scheduling, document management, and communication platforms.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address potential issues or challenges before they arise.
Support Team Dynamics: Assist other senior team members as needed to ensure smooth internal operations and effective cross-team collaboration.
Performs other duties as needed or as directed.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
4-5 years of experience providing executive-level support, ideally to C-suite executives.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly organized and proactive, able to anticipate needs and respond quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other tools) and technology platforms.
Seasoned, professional, and assertive demeanor with the ability to handle diverse and high-stakes situations.
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience working in a non-profit environment is a plus but not required.
