Position: Social Worker (Part-time) Daytime/Weekday
Requirements: Must be licensed (LSW or LCSW) in the State of Illinois.
Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Social Worker implements mental health education and support services for older adults in downtown Chicago.
Develops topics and provides supportive discussion groups.
Consults one-on-one with participants in an effort to provide strategies for improvement and makes referrals when appropriate. Designs and maintains individual files.
Maintains documentation, attendance records, and other information relevant to project implementation.
