Social Responsibility Operations Specialist Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Ma’an
Job Objective:
To assist in planning, implementing and preparing reports on social responsibility programs that are targeted to create social cohesion as well as have a measurable impact on the community.
Functional Role:
Identify opportunities to establish network for the growth of social responsibility within Abu Dhabi.
Develop and maintain database of current and future private sector contributors.
Liase with relevant stakeholders for engaging potential contributors to identify areas of collaborations for Ma’an.
Follow up with contributors and Ma’an functions until relationship is established.
Prepare summary/call reports of engagements with the private sector.
Ensure implementation of social responsibility programs developed by Ma’an.
Collect data, analyse and report on the financial and in-kind contributions from public, private, and third sector of Abu Dhabi.
Consult and prepare action plan for recognizing and felicitating the CSR contributors in Abu Dhabi for contribution and participation in coordination with relevant functions in Ma’an.
Assist in building and maintaining centralized CSR hub in order to establish a unified portal for CSR contributions across Abu Dhabi, allowing for understanding of current state and driving targeted improvements to match beneficiaries and social priorities with corporate contributions.
Raise awareness about the CSR within private and public sector of Abu Dhabi.
Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager.
