Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Fort Wayne, IN (Hybrid or On-Site)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $20–$24/hour, commensurate with experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and mission-driven Social Media and Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in horsemanship to amplify our digital presence. This role involves crafting compelling content that showcases our programs, engages our community, and reflects our commitment to equine-assisted service
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management: Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) highlighting our programs, events, and community stories.
Visual Storytelling: Capture and edit photos/videos that authentically represent our mission and the transformative experiences at our center.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster an online community that reflects our inclusive values.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics to assess performance and inform strategy adjustments.
Collaboration: Work closely with program staff to align content with ongoing activities and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Horsemanship Experience: Minimum of 2 years in equine care, riding instruction, or therapeutic horsemanship. Familiarity with PATH Intl. standards is a plus.
Digital Proficiency: Experience managing social media accounts for organizations, with a portfolio demonstrating content creation skills.
Communication Skills: Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with an understanding of tone appropriate for diverse audiences.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms for content creation.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
