Job Description:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies, creating high-quality content, and managing day-to-day platform activity. You’ll play a key role in driving collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), staying on top of social trends, and deeply understanding the ever-evolving digital landscape. Your responsibilities will also include social listening to monitor conversations around the brand and industry, crafting compelling stories, and designing visually appealing posts tailored to each platform. Working closely with our team, you’ll ensure all initiatives reflect our brand’s vision, tone, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with overall marketing goals. Schedule high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, X, etc.).
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers to foster relationships and build a positive online community.
Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and generate reports with insights to optimize future campaigns. Provide recommendations based on data to enhance performance.
Trend Monitoring and Campaign Management: Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Launch and manage creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to integrate social media with overall strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.
Brand Management: Maintain the brand’s voice across all social media channels and ensure all content aligns with our company values and objectives.
Schedule Management: Create and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of content delivery and ideas
Requirments:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Creativity and the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas for content.
Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in creating creative social media content tailored to diverse platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
