We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital presence and community engagement efforts. Responsibilities
Craft and execute innovative social media strategies that amplify our brand and mission across various platforms
Create compelling, empathetic content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement
Produce eye-catching videos, reels, and graphics that effectively communicate our message and showcase our app’s capabilities
Actively engage with our online community, fostering meaningful conversations and providing timely responses to inquiries
Implement targeted outreach campaigns to expand our user base and partner network
Analyze social media metrics to continually refine our strategy and maximize impact
Collaborate closely with leadership to align social media initiatives with overarching organizational goals
Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, adapting our approach to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
Proven track record in social media management, preferably within the nonprofit or tech sectors
Portfolio of sample works (graphics and video) required
Deep understanding of social media platforms and their unique best practices
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Creative flair with a talent for producing engaging, shareable content
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software
Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
Passion for technology and its potential to drive positive social change
Experience in disaster relief or community outreach is a plus
