We are an unashamedly pro-life nonprofit looking for a dynamic and adaptable Social Media Associate to join our Marketing & Content Team. This role offers a chance to expand brand engagement, manage content across social media platforms, and contribute to impactful digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Engage with followers by monitoring and responding to social media comments and direct messages
Strategically grow our presence on Instagram, Rumble, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X
Stay up to date with social media trends and the latest news
Work with the Digital Media team to create campaigns supporting organizational events
Schedule and manage daily content while ensuring alignment with brand messaging
Partner with Donor Relations and Activism teams to amplify efforts through social media
Design basic graphics and edit videos using Canva and CapCut
Develop creative ideas to enhance social media’s role in our broader content strategy
Qualifications
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Strong awareness of pro-life and conservative movements
Exceptional copywriting, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities with a proactive mindset
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Requirements
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X
Basic design and video editing skills for content creation
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com
Experience using CapCut, Loomly, and Canva
