LFC Western Maryland is a 501 c3 Non-Profit youth soccer club located in HagerstownMaryland.
Liverpool FC International Academy Maryland Western selects coaches that have an incredible passion for the game of soccer and want to become an intricate part in the success of the players who wear the Reds of Liverpool. Their insight, experience, and talents are the cornerstone of our club’s success. Our coaches receive access to a development curriculum that has produced some of the world’s best players and influenced some of the game’s greatest coaches. Each week, our LFC International Academy coaches design sessions using Sports SessionPlanner for each phase of our development model. Through coach education sessions, both on the field and in the classroom, we strive to improve each coach under the club’s guidance.
We want our coaches to have a strong connection with the club and the players they coach, on and off the field. Each month, our coaches are invited to a conference call with the LFC academy in the UK to discuss specific topics surrounding player development. We ensure that you have the support and guidance necessary to deliver our proven development programs to our players.

The ideal coach MUST meet the following criteria:
Prior soccer experience is requiredWe also require the passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and soccerValid driver’s license and access to personal vehicleSchedule is generally Monday-Friday from 1:30pm-8pm, and Saturday/Sunday from9:00am-3:00pm.
