Position Summary
From Fatherless to Fearless (FFTF) is seeking a highly professional and execution-driven Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of the B.R.I.D.G.E.® program and support key organizational initiatives.
This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to build positive relationships with schools, community partners, and stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager serves as a key operational partner to the CEO and will grow into expanded responsibilities in partnership management and program expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead implementation of the B.R.I.D.G.E.® program across partner sites
- Ensure high-quality delivery, curriculum fidelity, and participant engagement
- Manage and coach facilitators through observations and ongoing support
- Monitor program outcomes and ensure timely reporting
Partnerships & Outreach
- Serve as primary liaison to school and community partners
- Represent FFTF with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication
- Maintain strong, mission-aligned relationships
Program Support & Events
- Support execution of key events (What’s the Scoop?, Better Together)
- Ensure program logistics, materials, and coordination are executed effectively
Growth Opportunity (Future Scope)
- Support onboarding of new program sites
- Participate in partnership meetings and expansion efforts
- Over time, take on increased responsibility in managing partnerships and supporting program expansion efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–6 years of experience in program management, education, or nonprofit leadership with demonstrated responsibility for outcomes
- Proven ability to lead programs or initiatives with strong organization, follow-through, and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across diverse audiences
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, professionalism, and sound judgment in team and community settings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve independently, and execute with minimal oversight
- Experience working with youth or in emotionally sensitive environments preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $62,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
