Job Description
We are looking for team players who want to create an impact on the employment and employability of jobseekers and working people. As an e2i Specialist, you will be involved in the creation, development, and delivery of integrated job matching and skill training solutions. You will need to equip yourself with a broad knowledge of the industries hiring and the upcoming trends in the labour market.
Your core work will entail reaching out and working closely with jobseekers and forging strong partnerships with training and community partners.
Responsibilities Develop new and deepen current partnership opportunities with communities, institutions, and groups to reach out to workers, understand their career needs, and match them to relevant e2i services and resources.
Project manage career initiatives such as organizing job placement events, skills workshops, and employment activities.
Provide employment facilitation assistance to jobseekers, including sourcing job vacancies, profiling jobseekers, and referring them to suitable training.
Match and market jobs to candidates and candidates to jobs.
Job Requirements

Innovative
and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Team player with strong interpersonal and
communication skills
.
Able to relate to all levels of jobseekers/working people and cultivate strong relationships with partners.
Strong
project management
skills in conceptualization, implementation, evaluation, and engagement with stakeholders.
Experience in business development/
project management
/programme development will be advantageous.
Flexible to accommodate adjusted work schedules, including evenings and weekends when required to serve workers/jobseekers needs; time off will be offered.
Qualifications Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
