· Lead the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of employment training, coaching, on-demand content, and workforce-development curriculum.

· Establish quality standards for in-person, virtual, and off-site delivery, and use participant outcomes and feedback to improve effectiveness.

· Advance program systems and workflows that improve efficiency, support scale, and expand meaningful volunteer engagement.

Team leadership and development

· Lead, coach, and develop program instructors, career coaches, coordinators, and other program team members.

· Clarify roles, goals, and performance expectations; evaluate results, address concerns fairly, and recognize strong contributions.

· Partner with People & Culture to recruit, onboard, retain, and develop a high-performing team that reflects WorkFaith’s values.

· Foster a healthy, collaborative culture marked by accountability, open communication, humility, and excellence.

Operations, data, and stewardship

· Oversee scheduling, workloads, coaching assignments, and other operations to ensure reliable, participant-centered delivery.

· Ensure accurate, timely collection and reporting of program data, participant outcomes, and client stories for internal leaders, funders, and external stakeholders.

· Lead key participant experiences, including WorkFaith’s five-day training graduation, and engage community speakers and supporters.

Partnerships and organizational leadership

· Cultivate relationships with employers, nonprofits, churches, agencies, funders, volunteers, and community leaders to expand program reach and participant opportunities.

· Represent WorkFaith at community events, conferences, forums, and partner meetings.

· Collaborate with Partnerships, Development, Volunteer Engagement, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to strengthen outreach, fundraising, storytelling, and program results.
