** Responsibilities**:
– Work with a team to develop and manage volunteer framework to support community health programmes, which includes:
– Planning, coordination of programme activities and volunteer training efforts
– Tracking volunteering efforts and management of volunteer and participant databases
– Identification of community needs and evolving volunteer roles to support population health initiatives
– Evaluate programme effectiveness and initiate appropriate follow-up actions to improve effectiveness
– Management of programme budget and handling submissions
– Engage community stakeholders to roll out community health volunteer programmes
– Develop and implement community health programmes
– Carry out projects and assignments as and when assigned
** Job Requirements*
* – Preferably degree in business or social sciences.
– Prior experience in
strategic planning
,
community engagement
, volunteer management in healthcare industry or public/civil service would be advantageous.
– An ability to work with all levels, and influence behaviours to get work done.
– Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
– Resourcefulness in

and resilient in overcoming challenges.
– Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects with mÃnimal supervision.
