What You’ll Do
As the HR Senior Director, your responsibilities will include:
HR Strategy & Compliance
Act as a trusted advisor to the COO and executive team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies to support VIPC’s vision and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Talent Acquisition & Retention
Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-performing, mission-aligned talent.
Foster a workforce that values inclusion and respects diverse perspectives.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
Provide coaching to managers on performance evaluations and corrective actions to foster a culture of accountability and engagement.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
Administer compensation and benefits programs in alignment with state and nonprofit guidelines.
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely, accurate processing of payroll.

Training & Organizational Development
Assess and deliver tailored organizational development programs to enhance leadership and employee engagement.
Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

HR Operations & Process Improvement
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
Continuously streamline HR processes to increase operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
