In this senior role, you’ll report to the Associate Director of Prospect Management, using your analytical expertise to assess fundraising portfolios and optimize prospect assignments. Engage closely with frontline fundraisers, ensuring effective pipeline health through detailed data analysis and insights. Collaborate on strategic initiatives that strengthen campaign planning and performance forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze fundraising portfolios to assess capacity alignment
• Partner with fundraisers to optimize prospect portfolios
• Provide data-driven recommendations for prospect assignments
• Develop and maintain prospect pipeline analytics
• Support strategic initiatives through collaboration and analysis
Requirements:
• Four-Year Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Over 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of data management and analysis
• Experience in non-profit organizations is an asset
• Familiarity with CRM and software technologies
