Role Description The Senior Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, including maintaining records, coordinating schedules and meetings, and supporting departmental workflows. The Senior Administrator will prepare and process correspondence, reports, and documentation, and ensure accurate data entry and filing. The role includes collaborating with internal teams, assisting with event or project coordination, and providing responsive support to leadership and staff. The Senior Administrator will also help refine administrative processes, uphold organizational policies, and contribute to a professional, service-oriented office environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, document preparation, and records maintenance.
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, databases) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Experience providing support to managers or cross-functional teams, ideally in a nonprofit, membership, or advocacy organization.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to ethical standards.
  • Interest in or familiarity with hunting, outdoor recreation, or wildlife conservation is beneficial but not required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
