Compensation: $18.00 – $21.50/hr

We’re seeking a Scheduling Data Specialist to manage and maintain accurate scheduling for our clinics, playing a vital role in ensuring effective therapy delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience in a scheduling, administrative, or data management role, preferably in an ABA or healthcare setting preferred.

Proven experience working with scheduling systems or databases, such as CentralReach or similar platforms.

Familiarity with generating and interpreting scheduling reports, including metrics like cancellations, utilization rates, and appointment fill rates.

Hands-on experience resolving scheduling conflicts and managing time-off requests in a multi-site or client-facing environment.

Experience supporting cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, administrative teams, and leadership.
