We’re seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this entry-level position, you’ll represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through face-to-face community outreach and fundraising campaigns at retail partners, community events, and other public venues throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit organizations professionally at community outreach events.
- Educate members of the public about charitable programs and initiatives.
- Engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective supporters.
- Assist with marketing campaigns designed to increase community awareness.
- Help achieve daily and weekly fundraising goals as part of a collaborative team.
- Build positive relationships with supporters and event partners.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
- Travel to scheduled event locations throughout the DFW area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day.
- Ability to work outdoors or indoors depending on event location.

Compensation
- Starting average $40,000 – $60,000
- Commission based bonuses
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
