Job Status:
Fine Art Miracles, Inc. (FAM) is seeking compassionate and tech-comfortable individuals to deliver in-person, hour-long BABYbot visits to older adults with dementia in their homes or nursing facilities. Using our soft, huggable BABYbot robots, you’ll create meaningful moments of engagement that ease anxiety and spark connection. Visits will take place throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area (North Hills, South Hills, and East End, etc.), with training beginning in May 2025.
✨ Payment: $40 per session—including implementation & documentation; $20 per hour for 2 – 4 hours of training.

FAM is a well-established 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of individuals of all ages and abilities through creative arts therapies, multi-sensory sessions, pet therapy, and social robotics. We are proud to introduce our newest service: BABYbot Visits for Older Adults with Dementia—a program designed to bring comfort, reduce anxiety, and foster emotional well-being.
About BABYbot
FAM’s extensive experience with multi-sensory sessions for memory care has shown that individuals with dementia often respond positively to soft, huggable robots that offer gentle, nurturing interactions. Inspired by caregiver feedback and backed by research on the Human/Robot Interaction (HRI), we developed the BABYbot robot to evoke instinctual feelings of care, comfort, and connection.
As a BABYbot Visitor, you will:
Work directly with clients in nursing facilities or private homes.
Complete brief documentation (via a simple Google form and evaluation sheet).
Receive direct deposit payments at the end of the month for all completed visits.
✅ Flexible scheduling is essential—once confirmed, visit times must be honored.
✅Reliable transportation is required to reach client locations.
Job Duties & Expectations:
Attend BABYbot training ($20/hr for 2–4 hours).
Complete all documentation within 24 hours of each visit.
Adhere to the program timeline and deliver consistent, quality service.
Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients, caregivers, and on-site staff.
Qualifications:
Vaccinated and committed to client safety.
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree a plus).
Comfortable with email, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and reliable.
Must have a Gmail address, laptop (Mac preferred), and be willing to travel.
Able to adapt to flexible hours and evolving program needs.
