Emerald Trace is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), Monday through Friday. No weekends required.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Assess residents and communicate changes in condition appropriately.
- Supervise and support State Registered Nurse Aides (SRNAs).
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and exceptional customer service.
- Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and clinical concerns.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Kentucky RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team.
Preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
- Experience supervising nursing assistants.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records.
