Job duties to include:
Plans and provides care that meets physical, psychological, spiritual and rehabilitative needs
Administer and document medications
Adheres to safety and infection control policies and procedures
Skills and qualities needed to perform the position:
Valid Indiana LPN or RN licensure
CPR certification is required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $31.00 per hour
