Minimally starting at $36/hour PLUS $3 Shift Differentials for Evening & $2 for Weekend shifts

What will I do as a RN Charge Nurse?
Establish a compassionate environment
Promote resident’s independence
Assure quality of care
Resolve resident problems and needs
Document resident care services
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams
What is required in this position?
Graduation from accrediting School of Nursing (Registered Nurse).
Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing required.
BSN or currently pursuing degree preferred.
Previous rehabilitation or long term care experience preferred.
