Summary:
The Retail Thrift Backroom Production Associate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. The Production Association will play a key role in the pricing of merchandise for our customers and building customer loyalty. The Production Associate is an ambassador for Green Country Habitat for Humanity and often makes a first impression of the organization to donors and customers, therefore a positive attitude is necessary.

Essential Functions:
Assist in all departments including Sales Floor (placing clothing on rack; Fitting Rooms (letting customers into fitting rooms); Customer Service; Color Coordinating clothing on racks, removal of non-selling items from racks for recycling.
Sorting, pricing, and sales floor placement of all store goods.
Pricing of clothing, shoes, and home goods
Process donated inventory quickly and efficiently.
Conduct themselves professionally. Has a clean and neat appearance and positive attitude.
Maintain store and facility; clean shelves, bathrooms, and retail displays as well as restock merchandise as needed
Provide support to management and complete other duties as assigned.
Ensures policies and procedures are closely followed.
Be an Ambassador for Green Country Habitat for Humanity and the Store.
