The ReStore Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day leadership of the ReStore, including generating donations, staff recruitment/development/retention, excellent customer service, social media, sales, safety, pricing, stocking and resources management. Externally, the ReStore Manager cultivates relationships with major donors for inventory donations. Internally, the ReStore Manager builds a culture based on customer service, positivity and performance, mutual respect and the Habitat mission.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
The Hendersonville ReStore Manager’s role is to run a ReStore successfully. Success will include meeting aggressive growth expectations of at least 12% per year. This growth will require building relationships with large donors across Polk County and Landrum, SC city, while establishing a pipeline for high-value inventory donations. Working on the sales floor, they are in constant contact with their customers and staff. They are responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the ReStore. They manage the daily flow of donations coming in, and determine pricing and floor set up. They manage ReStore staff and partner with volunteers and groups on work specific details. They initiate safety expectations and ensure cleanliness of ReStore facilities. They support and manage all ReStore policies and procedures and participate and support agency activities as requested.

Assuring safety compliance.
Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Five or more years of management experience in a retail or similar high transaction volume customer service environment, with strong preference for prior Habitat ReStore management experience in a ReStore with annual revenues of at least $500K.
Proven track-record of managing dramatic revenue growth, with strong preference specifically for experience growing Habitat ReStore operations.
Proven ability to build relationships and inventory donation pipelines with corporate donors.
Proven teamworking and leadership skills.
Training in process improvement methodology.
Project management training.
Excellent IT skills.
College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
Requires valid North Carolina driver’s license and acceptable driving history.
TIME REQUIREMENTS:
Full Time, requiring 40 + hours per week covering ReStore hours Tuesday through Saturday
Satisfactory attendance is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
