What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations across multiple residential sites, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
Manage the residential budget, staff schedules, and overtime.
Monitor fiscal, medical, and personal documentation for accuracy.
Participate in Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP) development.
Prepare and submit monthly operational reports.
Ensure accurate documentation to meet consumers’ needs (employment, recreational, emotional).
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health, Health, or Human Services, or a related field from an accredited college or university OR
A combination of 1+ years of college and related life/work experience totaling 4 years.
1+ year experience in a mental health group home setting AND 1+ year of management experience.
Proven leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including working with individuals with mental illnesses.
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new computer programs.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Knowledge of state/local regulations.
A compassionate, flexible, and client-focused approach to care.
