About Us:
Siffrin is a non-profit organization that helps men and women with developmental disabilities live happy and supported lives. We are looking for a caring and energetic person to lead one of our homes.
Your Role:
As a Home Manager, you will:
Run the daily operations of the home
Supervise and support our amazing staff
Take care of our residents and ensure they are happy and safe
Work with other professionals to provide the best support for our residents
Create a positive and respectful environment for everyone
Make sure we follow all rules and regulations
What You Need:
A high school diploma or GED (a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus)
At least two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to submit to a background check
A positive and compassionate attitude
