THE BASICS
Pay: Not only do you earn $19.00/hour, but we’re also offering a $600 sign-on bonus!
Schedule: All schedules are currently available, so you can pick the shifts that work best for you! Flexibility is required to work during weekends and swing shifts.

How You Make a Difference
Our Residential Program Assistant empowers people with developmental and intellectual disabilities to try new things, increase independence, and live their best lives! You’re not just a direct care provider – you’re a friend, mentor, and overall lovely presence. You visit clients in their homes to assist with daily living tasks like grooming, cooking, cleaning, and taking medications. You’re a bright spot in our clients’ days as you talk to them, joke around, and transport them to various fun activities and programs. You complete administrative work, attend meetings, and approach every day with a cheerful, uplifting attitude!
Residential Program Assistant Requirements
6+ months of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
Ability to complete required training within 3 months of employment
Ability to type business letters, reports, and numerical records
Ability to drive buses and large vans as well as train new employees to drive large vehicles
Leadership skills
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance

We provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.
