Wage Range: $21.00 – $25.20 hourly, with additional differential for Graveyard Shift (+$2.60); Non-Exempt

The overnight Residential Assistant is responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and supervision of youth residing in a residential treatment facility. This role provides trauma-informed support, maintains a safe and structured environment, monitors youth throughout the night, responds to emergencies, and completes required documentation in compliance with NARA policies and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do

- Conduct routine safety checks, bed checks, and facility rounds to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while enforcing program rules and expectations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, behavioral concerns, and resident needs.
- Medication administration and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including shift logs, incident reports, and communication records.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, on-call staff, and treatment team members regarding resident needs and incidents.
- Assist with morning wake-up routines and shift transitions.
- Perform light housekeeping, filing, and other duties to support residential operations.
